My thinking was it would be a great way of picking up a set of photos which could be used as an Open Resource. But the tag is totally useless. To work it would need a unique(ish) tag and 'Meme: Passion Quilt' picks up all kinds of totally unrelated content. So it really is just a chain. An opportunity missed.
